Presentation of Props Fair
The organizing committee will supply free booths for dealers, we cordially welcome the original dealers with reliable quality & high reputation to participate in the props fair.
All the booths will be placed in main hall (auditorium of Shanghai International Gymnastic Center), the booth is about 200CM long, 80CM wide, totally around 20 booths.
The props fair will open to the magicians free of charge.
The instruction for dealers' application:
a. Fill out the application form and return it to the organizing committee by email or fax no later than July 30, 2011.
b. the organizing committee will determine the participants with the comprehensive assessment of dealers' products, reputation etc.
c. The organizing committee will give the final confirmation to each applicant no later than August 30, 2011.
d. The acceptable dealers should pay the registration fees of US$150 or RMB975 when check in.
e. If it's needed, the organizing committee will help make the hotel reservation for the dealers.
f. The organizing committee will supply the necessary visa application service to the dealers.
g. Please read the notes of the application form carefully.
